Dropped my truck off for a coolant leak and they promptly informed me that the radiator was cracked. They kept me informed with text message updates throughout the repair. Quality Auto clearly is customer oriented and were very friendly and personable. They even sent two employees to drive around to find a part so that I could get my truck back on the road the same day. Although my repair was costly for me, I was pleasantly surprised to see that most of it came from parts and the labor rate was very reasonable. I have been given the runaround by multiple repair shops in the past, but I am lucky to have found a trustworthy, fair, and quick repair shop that I plan to continue to give my business.

These are master automotive technicians. They are honest; so much so that when Firestone and Weber Chevrolet told me that my 2014 Chevy Equinox needed a new engine due to excessive oil consumption, Quality Automotive pointed out that the engine just had a lot of carbon deposits built up. An air induction service and some auto cleaning products took care of the problem with solenoids replacement added. Quality Automotive saved me $7,000. They have the right name.

David and the team did some nice work on my vehicle. Took a little longer than I hoped but parts and getting it diagnosed was a challenge. They were up to it.

As my concerns for my front end clunking and groaning grew, I decided to give them a shot. They were my 3rd opinion so I was hoping I’d figure out what it really is. We went on a test drive, they got me on the schedule fairly quick. They took another test drive and determined the inner and outer tie rods were bad. No one ever told me that, safe to say the noise had stopped. Next thing to do when I’m ready is go back for an intermediate shaft! Thank you for truly listening to my concerns and getting the issue that bothered me for so long fixed! Would definitely recommend .
