I contacted Quality Auto after issue with windshield wipers related to our recent snow storm. David was very helpful in approaching the problem one scenario at a time and was flexible to get me up and going as soon as possible.

David is an amazing person.My daughter and I recently purchased two cars from him. The first was in a bad accident so we went back to him to purchased a second car. He was patient with us, made us feel welcome and he understood what my daughter was searching for. I am always trying to send new business to him because he doesn't make you feel like you are dealing with a car saleman or a mechanic, he makes you feel human. Thank you so much David

You guys!!!! I originally had my vehicle towed to a Ford dealership not far from me to be told it would be mid January before they could even look at it. So, I had it re-towed to Quality Auto STL and they looked at it, got the part and fixed it in the SAME DAY!!! Now that's service!!! Don't settle for the labor or part shortage of excuses!! Use a local mechanic. . . Use QUALITY AUTO STL ♥️♥️

I called quality auto crying after receiving an obscene price to fix the compressor in my car from a local dealership. Dave was able to quote me a more reasonable price and explain the problem to me in a way I could understand. Not only that, but they also had the car fixed and ready to go 3 days before I told them I needed it! I cannot thank Dave and his team enough! 🙌
